Job summary

Berkadia is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to shape and deliver innovative learning solutions in the commercial real estate space. The role focuses on user-centric design, aligning learning experiences with business outcomes and employing ILT/VILT, eLearning, and other modalities to maximize knowledge transfer.

Your work will center on learner goals, stakeholder needs, and data-driven iteration, with opportunities to influence enterprise learning strategy and drive meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and delivering experiential learning for adult learners.
• Educational focus in Education, Instructional Design, Cognitive Science, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of design thinking and user experience practices.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with survey creation and data analytics.
• Proficiency with eLearning content authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Ability to articulate a business case, define outcomes, and communicate to executives.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Support learning experience design practices and define a user-centered process.
• Develop and deliver learning experiences aligned with business objectives.
• Implement experiential learning via live ILT/VILT, eLearning, and other methods.
• Understand learner goals and challenges to define the learning journey.
• Gather learner feedback and stakeholder input to inform design decisions.
• Leverage data to enhance and validate learning experiences.
• Apply design thinking and UX practices to create engaging learning experiences.
• Other duties as assigned.
