Job summary

NeighborWorks America is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create and maintain accessible, engaging online learning experiences across modalities. You will partner with the Learning Design team to review, revise, and develop high-quality content for VILT, ILT, and self-guided formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Technology or related fields.
• 5 years of experience in education, training or learning design.
• Experience applying end-to-end instructional design methodologies.
• Ability to work in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain online learning content using Articulate Rise/Storyline.
• Ensure ADA/WCAG accessibility and quality assurance of materials.
• Support multilingual content translation and Thinkific content management.
• Collaborate with Learning Design team to improve courses across modalities.
• Create interactive assets and emerging learning formats.
