Innovate Consulting is seeking an Instructional Designer to create and maintain high-impact learning experiences that strengthen capability and drive business outcomes. You will partner with SMEs, stakeholders, the LMS Expert, and project teams to transform requirements into engaging training and manage content from intake through launch across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 2–5 years of instructional design or e-learning experience.
• Experience designing content across multiple formats.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, organization, and project coordination.

Responsabilités

• Design engaging digital, blended, and performance-support learning experiences using adult learning principles.
• Develop and maintain learning content across channels (LMS, videos, job aids, facilitator-led resources).
• Translate procedures, SOPs, and SME expertise into learner-focused content.
• Define learning objectives and learner needs from the training intake process.
• Partner with SMEs to gather content and lead content-development sessions.
• Apply QA and usability standards to ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and consistency.
• Support LMS enhancements, deployments, testing, and post-launch updates.
