Job summary

Strategic Mission Critical in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Learning Content Specialist to transform SME insights into engaging training assets across the firm. You will design eLearning modules, short-form videos, job aids, and assessments, applying adult learning principles to drive retention and application.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years in instructional design or multimedia content development, a Bachelor's in related field, and proficiency with Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe CC, Canva, and

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in instructional design, learning content development, multimedia learning, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Multimedia, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience developing learning materials from source content such as SME interviews, recorded meetings, videos, slide decks, process documentation, or technical explanations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to assess learning needs and define objectives.
• Transform videos, meetings, presentations, and SME input into engaging educational content.
• Design and develop eLearning modules, microlearning, job aids, and knowledge checks.
• Apply adult learning principles to make content clear, actionable, and memorable.
• Support video-based learning from scripting to SME review.
