Job summary

Grow Early Learning is hiring a Learning Specialist to design, deliver, administer, and evaluate learning solutions that strengthen employee performance. The role applies adult learning principles, instructional design, facilitation, and learning technologies to address competency gaps.

Responsibilities include developing resources across in-person and digital formats, applying AI-generated content where appropriate, and coordinating with internal trainers for train-the-trainer efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, organizational development, or related field, plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus 5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, facilitation, learning systems, or learning project management.
• Experience with online learning, LMS, adult learning practices, and blended learning design.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and improve learning solutions using adult learning and learner-centered design principles, including AI-modified content.
• Develop resources for instructor-led, eLearning, multimedia formats, and assessments.
• Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual sessions; support train-the-trainer efforts across the organization.
• Analyze learning data to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement; create reports and recommendations.
