Job summary

BHG Financial is seeking an motivated Learning & Development professional to design and deliver engaging instructional content across the organization. You will partner with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into interactive e-learning, job aids, and multimedia modules using leading authoring tools and an LMS.

The role emphasizes applying adult learning principles, managing multiple projects, and staying current with trends in instructional design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and learning objectives for various learning initiatives
• Apply instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
• Create instructional materials, including participant guides, facilitator guides, job aids, and other supporting documentation
• Utilize authoring tools, learning management systems, and other technologies to create and deliver learning solutions
• Design and develop multimedia content, including e-learning modules, videos, interactive simulations, and assessments
• Analyze training needs and performance gaps to identify areas where learning interventions are required
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards
• Incorporate gamification, microlearning, and other innovative approaches to increase engagement and knowledge retention
• Other duties as assigned
