Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to lead design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada.

You will partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, and IT to translate business needs into scalable Workday configurations and ensure compliance across a multi-state, multi-country environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Five or more years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration for complex environments.
• Workday Payroll certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, and IT to translate requirements into Workday solutions.
• Lead Workday testing activities for releases, updates, and regulatory changes.
• Analyze payroll issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Provide payroll-related configuration across Workday modules and reports.
