Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to design, configure, optimize, and support Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada operations. You will partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, and IT to translate complex payroll needs into scalable Workday configurations and continuous improvements.

The role requires strong Workday Payroll expertise, detailed knowledge of payroll processes, testing, and collaboration across functions to ensure compliance and efficiency across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Five+ years HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration in complex environments.
• Experience supporting multi-state/multi-country payroll operations; Workday Payroll Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary Workday Payroll HRIS SME for U.S. and Canada payroll operations.
• Partner with Payroll and cross-functional teams to design scalable Workday solutions.
• Analyze issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable payroll improvements.
• Lead Workday testing for releases, updates, and regulatory changes; validate in test tenants.
