Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to design, configure, and optimize Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada, serving as the primary HRIS partner to Payroll.

You will partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, IT, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday configurations and support complex payroll needs. Lead testing for semi-annual Workday releases, analyze issues, and drive improvements across payroll operations while

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Five+ years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration.
• Five+ years of experience supporting multi-state and/or multi-country payroll operations. Workday Payroll Certification preferred.
• Workday Payroll Certification, preferred.

• Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada payroll operations.
• Partner with Payroll and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into configurations.
• Analyze and troubleshoot payroll issues, implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead Workday testing for releases, updates, and integrations.
• Support payroll-related configuration across Workday modules (Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.).
• Proactively recommend enhancements and process improvements.
