Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to design, configure, optimize, and support Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada payroll operations.

This role serves as the primary HRIS partner to Payroll, ensuring Workday solutions align with business requirements, compliance needs, and complex payroll processes. This role collaborates with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, IT, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Workday configuration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Five+ years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration for complex payroll.
• Experience supporting multi-state/multi-country payroll operations; Workday Payroll Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada payroll operations.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, IT and others to translate business needs into scalable Workday configurations.
• Lead testing activities for releases, regulatory changes, and integrations; ensure production readiness.
