Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to lead design, configuration, and ongoing support of Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada operations.

You will partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Time Tracking, IT and other stakeholders to translate complex payroll requirements into effective Workday configurations. The role requires deep Workday Payroll knowledge, strong analytical skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration.
• Experience supporting multi-state or multi-country payroll operations.
• Workday Payroll Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada payroll operations.
• Partner with Payroll and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead Workday testing for releases, regulatory changes, and payroll system updates.
• Support payroll-related configuration across Workday modules and reporting.
• Evaluate functionality and recommend enhancements for better operational efficiency.
