HDR is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead large, complex transportation infrastructure programs across multiple disciplines. You will advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects, while directing program execution and coordinating diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Planning, Business Administration or related field.
• PM/PMO certifications or equivalent experience may be required.
• Ten or more years in program management with four+ years as a Senior Program Manager on large-scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity and non-technical intricacies.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects to ensure program success.
• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Identify issues and risks and provide strategic solutions and timely decisions.
• Develop and implement program management plans and processes to drive efficiency and transparency.
• Direct services provided by large program teams or lead on mega-projects.
• Foster alignment through regular, clear communications and secure required resources.
