Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of infrastructure programs.
• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Identify risks and provide strategic advice for timely decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Develop plans and tools to drive efficiencies, team alignment, and transparency.
