Job summary

HDR is seeking a Transportation Principal Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary infrastructure programs of high complexity at the top level. The role focuses on directing program execution, client advisement on technical, regulatory, and financial matters, and maintaining strong governance and QA/QC across large teams.

Preferred candidates hold advanced degrees in related fields, certifications, and extensive PM experience with high-capital programs. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of program management experience.
• At least four (4) years as a Senior Program Manager.
• Experience delivering three or more programs with a capital value of $500 million or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects.
• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Ensure contract compliance and robust QA/QC across programs.
• Foster team alignment and clear communication across stakeholders.
