Job summary

HDR is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead large, complex infrastructure programs within the Transportation Leadership team. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure program success across engineering, planning, environmental, and cost controls.

Responsibilities include directing program governance, risk management, scheduling, and QA/QC, while mentoring staff and expanding HDR's PM services across multiple high-value projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Planning, Business Administration or a closely related field.
• Program management experience: 10+ years with 4+ years as Senior Program Manager in large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Licenses/certifications: PE, PMP, PgMP, AICP, or CCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity and non-technical intricacies.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of programs.
