Responsabilités

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and educate customers on financial options.
• Identify opportunities during customer interactions and refer to branch staff as appropriate.
• Lead lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Assist the Branch Manager with performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and maintain efficient branch operations.
