Job summary

You will guide staff through daily operations, training, and process adherence to deliver a superior customer experience.

The role emphasizes mentoring, performance support, and opportunities to refer customers to additional PNC products while maintaining policy compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and loyalty.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and makes appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Assists Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
