• Identify opportunities through conversations and refer to branch staff as appropriate.
• Lead lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet needs.
• Support Branch Manager in performance management and new hire processes.
• Uphold policy and procedures, ensure accurate daily operations and maintenance transactions.
