Job summary

PNC is seeking a Lead Teller to guide tellers at the Louisville, KY Old Brownsboro Crossing Branch. You’ll coach the team, engage customers, and educate on product options while leveraging technology to enhance financial wellbeing.

This in-office role emphasizes in-branch customer experiences, accuracy, and compliance. Previous banking or retail leadership experience is valued, with Spanish language ability preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in banking or customer service.
• No university degree required; experience or certifications may substitute.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach tellers to deliver a superior customer experience and loyalty in branch interactions.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer visits and refer to branch staff.
• Engage customers in lobby activities and position PNC products to meet their needs through technology and tools.
• Support the Branch Manager with performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensure adherence to policies and maintain efficient, accurate daily operations.
