Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a customer experience that improves financial wellbeing and loyalty, and to identify banking opportunities.
• Mentor and coach tellers and refer opportunities to branch staff.
• Engage customers in lobby activities and position PNC products to meet needs using technology and resources.
• Support Branch Manager in performance management and hiring processes.
• Ensure adherence to policies and maintain efficient, accurate teller operations.
