Qualifications

• Education level is No Degree; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Spanish speaking assessments are preferred and may be used in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Lead tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Process a variety of customer interactions.
• Educate customers on available alternatives for financial interactions.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate.
• Coach, mentor and lead tellers in identifying opportunities through conversations with customers and referrals to branch staff.
• Engage customers in lobby activities to connect with them and position PNC products to meet needs.
• Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and tools.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
