Job summary

AES Clean Energy (ACE) O&M group is seeking a Lead Technical Trainer to develop and manage a renewable technical training program for Solar, Wind and Battery technicians. You will support the Senior Manager of Technical Training, coordinating and delivering training across field operations and corporate teams.

The ideal candidate brings PV field experience, advanced hands-on expertise, 4+ years in field O&M, and 2+ years in technical training or curriculum development, plus strong

Qualifications

Has worked in the PV field with advanced hands-on expertise in PV and/or PV+BESS O&M best practices.
3+ years in technical training, peer-mentorship, or curriculum development; or proven ability to convey complex concepts to peers.

Responsibilities

Support Senior Manager of Training on executing the training program vision and management.
Lead front-end analysis for scope of field operations training.
Develop digital and in-person training content and coordinate with SMEs for curriculum development.
Review and improve training materials, identify gaps, and integrate new technologies.
