AES Corporation is seeking a Lead Technical Trainer to develop and manage a renewable training program for Solar, Wind, and Battery technicians. The role supports the Senior Manager of Technical Training and coordinates training across field operations and corporate teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on PV/O&M experience, strong training skills, and the ability to lead groups of technical experts in SOP development, with travel up to 25% and remote/onsite delivery options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in field ops and maintenance of utility-scale PV or PV+BESS sites.
• 2+ years as a senior technician in O&M; wind/thermal experience considered.
• 2+ years in a role within an energy company managing PV/PV+BESS sites.

Responsabilités

• Lead training content development in digital formats for virtual and in-person delivery.
• Develop and vet content with subject matter experts and instructional designers.
• Manage OEM training vendors and six regions for tracking completions and recertifications.
