Job summary

AES Clean Energy (ACE) O&M group is seeking a Lead Technical Trainer to develop and manage a renewable training program for Solar, Wind and Battery technicians. You will support the Senior Manager of Technical Training and coordinate training across field operations and corporate teams.

Ideal candidates have years of PV field experience, hands-on expertise, and proven ability to create engaging curricula. This role requires travel up to 25% and strong communication skills to mentor technicians

Qualifications

• 4+ years in field ops and maintenance of utility-scale PV or PV+BESS sites.
• Experience on 3+ utility-scale PV sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training Development for digital and in-person formats.
• Develop and vet training content with subject matter experts.
• Review and improve internal and outsourced training material.
