Job summary

val's services is seeking a Senior Associate, ServiceNow to lead platform implementations within our Consulting practice. You will guide ITSM, ITOM, and IRM deployments, and run client workshops to gather requirements. You’ll manage on-shore and off-shore teams and ensure development standards are met.

You will customize workflows and UI scripts using JavaScript, analyze technical issues, and prepare project reports for stakeholders. Travel may be required; eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years managing large enterprise systems with a focus on ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• CSA certification in ServiceNow (ServiceNow System Administration).
• Experience leading agile projects and customizing workflows; familiarity with CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery modules.

Responsibilities
