Job summary

LS Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Associate, ServiceNow to lead ServiceNow implementation projects, with emphasis on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM modules. You will guide client workshops and translate complex needs into functional and technical requirements to ensure successful deployments.

You will manage onshore and offshore teams in agile environments, review development content for standards, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Full ServiceNow implementation experience; current certifications in ServiceNow System Administration and related modules preferred.
• Experience leading agile teams and customizing workflows using JavaScript.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of ServiceNow engagement workstreams.
• Facilitate client workshops, presenting best practices and understanding their needs.
• Manage on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile-based solutions.
• Assess platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend resolutions.
• Review development content to ensure adherence to standards.
• Prepare reports on project progress and advise stakeholders.
• Uphold professionalism and integrity within the work environment.
