Job summary

RG&T Solutions seeks a Senior Associate in ServiceNow within the Advisory practice to lead platform implementations and guide clients on best practices across ITSM, ITOM, or IRM domains. You will coordinate on-shore and off-shore teams, translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, and ensure project milestones are met with strong stakeholder communication.

Travel as needed and work authorization in the U.S. are required; CSA/CIS certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience managing large enterprise systems with ServiceNow.
• Full ServiceNow implementation experience with current certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, etc.).
• Proficiency in customizing workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript.
• Strong leadership to manage agile teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in planning and executing ServiceNow implementations, aligning with client needs.
• Lead client workshops to translate complex requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Manage on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile project components.
• Assess platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend resolutions.
• Review and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards.
• Prepare reports on project progress and advise stakeholders for decision-making.
