Job summary

val's services is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Manager to lead client implementations, coordinate planning, design, development, testing, and post-implementation support across multiple workstreams.

You will guide workshops, translate complex business needs into technical requirements, collaborate with decision-makers, and ensure delivery aligns with client goals while promoting ITSM/ITOM/IRM practices.

Qualifications

• Five+ years managing large enterprise systems with at least three years in ServiceNow focusing on ITSM, ITOM and IRM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Completed at least two ServiceNow implementations with current CSA and CIS modules certifications.
• Proven leadership delivering agile projects and managing teams of various sizes.
• Ability to travel as needed and work independently within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow deployments, including requirements design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Guide clients and teams on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and best practices.
• Manage on-shore and off-shore teams using agile methodologies.
• Support business development efforts through proposal development and client engagement.
• Ensure projects adhere to financial policies and maintain professionalism and integrity.
