Job summary

LS Solutions in Chicago is seeking a Senior Associate, ServiceNow to lead ServiceNow platform implementations within the consulting practice.

You will guide multi‑module projects across ITSM, ITOM and IRM, run client workshops to translate complex needs into technical requirements, manage on‑shore and off‑shore teams in agile delivery, and ensure code quality and development standards while preparing progress reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Three+ years managing large enterprise systems with a focus on ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/IRM.
• Experience leading agile projects and customizing workflows with JavaScript.
• Full ServiceNow implementation experience and current ServiceNow System Administration certification; CIS modules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow projects across ITSM, ITOM, and IRM.
• Lead client workshops to translate complex needs into technical requirements.
• Manage on-shore and off-shore teams in agile delivery and ensure development standards.

• Responsibilities: Guide and execute ServiceNow projects across ITSM, ITOM, and IRM, lead client workshops to gather and translate complex needs into technical requirements, manage on-shore and off-shore teams in agile delivery, evaluate platform performance, troubleshoot issues, ensure development standards, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders. Uphold professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• At least three years' experience managing large enterprise systems with a focus on ServiceNow, particularly ITSM, ITOM, and IRM modules.
• Experience leading agile projects and customizing workflows with JavaScript.
• Full ServiceNow implementation experience and current certifications in ServiceNow System Administration and additional CIS modules preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
