Job summary

val's services is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Program Manager to lead multiple client projects from planning through deployment and post-support. You will guide workshops on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM, and translate client needs into robust technical solutions.

You will mentor cross-functional teams, manage on-shore/off-shore delivery, and support business development while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience managing enterprise systems.
• Three+ years in ServiceNow platform management focusing on ITSM, ITOM and IRM.
• Two ServiceNow implementations completed with current ServiceNow System Administration certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ServiceNow client projects across requirements design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Lead workshops on ITSM, ITOM, or IRM translating client needs into solutions.
• Collaborate with decision-makers to align delivery with organizational goals.
• Mentor team members and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
• Manage on-shore and off-shore teams in agile project delivery.
• Support business development through proposal writing and pursuit activities.
• Ensure engagement profitability according to company policies.
