Oscar Health seeks a Lead, Member and Provider Services to drive provider data workflows and production efficiency. You will coach staff, partner with cross-functional teams, and improve data accuracy and operational performance.

You will report to the Manager, Provider Data Operations and work in a remote setting with potential travel for meetings and events, serving teams across multiple states.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience with provider data in a health insurer
• 1+ year of direct people management experience
• 1+ years of using data and metrics to drive improvements
• 1+ years of experience working with teams in multiple locations and disciplines

Responsabilidades

• Hire and manage a team with performance management and HR tasks
• Monitor dashboards and KPIs, with root-cause analysis and action plans
• Make volume-based decisions to serve customers
• Lead team huddles and align with Oscar's mission, vision and values
• Foster an inclusive culture aligned with Oscar's values
• Lead continuous improvement for a high-performing production team
• Identify and close gaps in operational workflows
• Collaborate across teams to implement best practices
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
