Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience with provider data in health insurance.
• 1+ year of direct people management experience.
• 1+ years of using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 1+ years collaborating with teams across locations and disciplines.

• Hire and manage a team with performance management, growth, and HR tasks.
• Monitor dashboards and KPIs; conduct root-cause analysis and action plans.
• Understand daily work to make volume-based decisions that best serve customers.
• Lead team huddles; align colleagues with Oscar's mission, vision and values.
• Foster an inclusive culture aligned with Oscar's core values.
• Lead continuous improvement to build a high-performing production team.
• Identify and close gaps in existing operational workflows.
• Collaborate across production and other Oscar teams to implement best practices.
