Qualifications

• 2+ years provider data experience in health insurance
• 1+ year of direct people management experience
• 1+ years using data/metrics to drive improvements
• 1+ years working with teams in multiple locations and disciplines
• Work according to the listed work location

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a team with responsibility for performance and HR tasks
• Monitor dashboards and track operational KPIs with root-cause analysis
• Make volume-based decisions to serve customers
• Lead team huddles and align with Oscar's mission and values
• Drive engagement and create an inclusive culture
• Lead continuous improvement for high-performing production team
• Identify and close gaps in operational workflows
• Collaborate across production and other Oscar teams to implement best practices
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
