Oscar Health is hiring a Lead, Member and Provider Services to join our Network Operations. This remote role supports staff and partners in delivering efficient provider data operations and production workflows.

You will coach a team, monitor performance against KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, data accuracy, and service quality while upholding Oscar's values.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience of provider data experience with a health insurance company.
• 1+ year of direct people management experience.
• 1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 1+ years of experience working with teams in multiple locations and multiple disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Hire and manage a team of Oscar colleagues with direct responsibility for performance management, their growth and development, and HR tasks.
• Manage your team's outcomes, monitor dashboards, and track KPIs with root-cause analyses.
• Understand and be connected to your team's daily work and make volume-based decisions.
• Lead team huddles and align with Oscar's mission, vision, and values.
• Drive an inclusive culture aligned with Oscar's core values.
• Lead continuous improvement to build a high performing production team.
• Identify and close gaps in operational workflows.
• Collaborate across production and other Oscar teams to implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
