Oscar Health is hiring a Lead, Member and Provider Services within Network Operations. The role focuses on provider data and production workflows in a payor healthcare environment, coaching staff, and driving performance against KPIs.

The position reports to the Manager, Provider Data Operations and is remote for candidates in AZ, FL, GA, or TX. Base pay ranges from $55,890 to $73,355 per year, with benefits and performance bonuses.

Competenze

• 2+ years experience of provider data experience with a health insurance company.
• 1+ year of direct people management experience.
• 1+ year of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 1+ year of experience working with teams in multiple locations and multiple disciplines.

Mansioni

• Hire and manage a team of Oscar colleagues with direct responsibility for performance management, their growth and development, and HR tasks.
• Monitor dashboards, track KPIs, and perform root-cause analysis with action plans.
• Understand daily work of the team and make volume-based decisions that serve customers.
• Lead team huddles, communicate Oscar's mission and values, and motivate to achieve objectives.
• Foster an inclusive culture aligned with Oscar's values and engage the team.
• Lead continuous improvement to develop a high-performing production team.
• Identify and close gaps in existing workflows.
• Collaborate across production and other Oscar teams to implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
