Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience of provider data experience with a health insurance company
• 1+ year of direct people management experience
• 1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• 1+ years of experience working with teams in multiple locations and multiple disciplines

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a team with direct responsibility for performance management and development
• Monitor dashboards and KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis and create action plans
• Understand daily work by the team and make volume-based decisions to serve customers
• Lead team huddles, communicate Oscar's mission, and motivate daily objectives
• Foster an inclusive culture aligned with Oscar's values
• Lead continuous improvement activities that boost team performance
• Identify and close gaps in current workflows
• Collaborate with other Oscar teams to implement best practices
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
