Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or related experience).
• Minimum 3 years of property maintenance or related trade experience.
• May require HVAC certifications and state licenses.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles on-site.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacants for leasing, conducts pre-move inspections, and coordinates vendors.
• Tracks inventory and obtains materials for maintenance tasks.
• Document and report service requests accurately.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Assist in cost-cutting by repairing instead of replacing when possible.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with OSHA and safety policies.
• Periodically inspect contractors' work and report safety concerns.
