Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service the physical aspects of our properties. You will diagnose and repair building systems, maintain grounds, and ensure safety and cleanliness to meet company standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with make-ready inspections for new leases, while adhering to OSHA and safety policies. This role requires the ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification required.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues on the property following safety standards and code requirements.
• Complete make-ready work orders and pre-move-out inspections to prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Track inventory, request supplies, and coordinate with maintenance supervisor on re-orders.
