Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of buildings, grounds, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready vacant units, and assisting with inventory and safety procedures. This on-site role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification required (Type 1/2 or Universal).
• State/local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy, diagnosing issues and repairing to code standards.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Track inventory and coordinate material re-orders with maintenance supervisor.
