Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical upkeep across the community, ensuring buildings, grounds, and amenities meet Greystar standards of cleanliness, safety, and function.

Responsibilities include handling resident service requests, managing the make-ready process for vacant units, coordinating with vendors, and supporting budgeted maintenance projects while adhering to safety requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related fields.
• Must provide own hand tools and be skilled with hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests and routine upkeep.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds and buildings.
• Inspect work and enforce safety and policy compliance.
• Maintain inventory and help manage budget for repairs.
