Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical upkeep of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. The role requires diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preparing vacant units for leasing, inspecting and ordering supplies, and assisting with grounds maintenance while adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must maintain buildings, grounds, amenities to Greystar standards.
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal required for refrigerant handling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing, perform pre-move-out inspections, create punch lists.
• Track inventory and return unused items; notify supervisor when reordering.
• Document service requests clearly for tracking and records.
• Assist in grounds and amenity upkeep; perform cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
