Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security team, govern the C-Cure system, and manage biometric access across the firm’s real estate portfolio.

You will collaborate with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, and Global Security to ensure secure, compliant access and support security modernization initiatives across office projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems such as C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Oversee administration and governance of the C-Cure access control system.
• Coordinate access provisioning and deprovisioning activities with Facilities Asset Management.
• Oversee biometric access management and secure-space authorization processes.
• Direct all aspects of the EY 1Badge lifecycle including issuance, replacement, and deactivation.
