Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead EY's 1Badge Physical Security program and supervise the team responsible for access control administration and governance across EY’s real estate portfolio. The role partners with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security and IT to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable access management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or relevant experience.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure/Lenel/Genetec).
• Knowledge of badge management, biometric access controls, and restricted-space administration.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation, and process improvements.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
• Oversee administration and governance of the C-Cure access control system.
• Ensure provisioning, modification, and removal of access permissions.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and audits for compliance.
• Maintain segregation of duties and access governance controls.
• Support internal and external audit requirements related to physical security and access management.
• Serve as liaison between Physical Security and FAM.
• Coordinate access provisioning/deprovisioning activities.
• Oversee biometric access management and secure-space authorization processes.
• Support badge reader deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee administration and governance of secure spaces and restricted areas.
• Ensure authorized personnel lists are current.
• Coordinate access approvals for secure bays and restricted locations.
• Ensure CCTV monitoring and anti-tailgating measures.
• Manage access review/removal processes for secure environments.
• Direct all aspects of the EY 1Badge lifecycle (issuance, replacement, activation, suspension, deactivation).
• Ensure timely processing of employee, contractor, and visitor access requests.
• Manage badge-related escalations and exception requests.
• Coordinate deployment and maintenance of physical security technologies (access control, card readers, biometrics, CCTV).
• Partner with vendors and IT to support upgrades and modernization.
• Provide oversight for security refresh and End-of-Life replacement projects.
• Support security projects and office construction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Global Security standards and security policies.
• Support investigations involving access control incidents.
• Monitor access governance adherence and document for audits.
• Serve as trusted advisor to office leadership and stakeholders on access control matters.
• Provide guidance on physical security requirements for office projects.
