Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate for 1Badge Operations. You will lead the 1Badge Physical Security team, govern the C-Cure access system, and oversee biometric readers and restricted spaces to ensure compliant, scalable access across EY's real estate portfolio.

The role partners with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, and Global Security to drive security modernization and office construction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations and access control.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems such as C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec.
• Knowledge of badge management, biometric access controls, and restricted-space administration.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
• CPP or PSP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Oversee access governance, provisioning, and deprovisioning processes.
• Coordinate biometric access management and secure-space authorizations.
• Serve as liaison between Physical Security, FAM, WEM, and other stakeholders.
