Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program and supervise access control administration across EY’s real estate portfolio. You will collaborate with Facilities, Workplace Experience, Global Security, and IT to ensure secure, compliant access management.

The role focuses on governance of C-Cure, biometric reader management, badge lifecycle, and security modernization initiatives, while partnering with office leadership and audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations or related fields.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure/Lenel/Genetec).
• Strong understanding of badge management and restricted-space administration.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the 1Badge Physical Security team’s day-to-day operations.
• Establish service standards, priorities and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalations and process improvements.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching and professional development for team members.
• Oversee administration and governance of the access control system (C-Cure).
• Coordinate provisioning/deprovisioning and conduct access reviews for compliance.
• Ensure secure spaces and biometric-enabled areas are properly managed.
