Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program and supervise access control administration across EY’s real estate portfolio. You’ll coordinate with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security, and IT to ensure secure, compliant access management.

The role focuses on governance of C-Cure, biometric readers, secure spaces, and badge lifecycle while supporting security modernization and office projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations or related fields.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec).
• Experience managing access governance and security compliance programs.
• Strong badge management and biometric access controls knowledge.
• Ability to manage cross-functional partnerships and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Coordinate workload balancing, escalation resolution, and process improvements.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
