Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the firm’s 1Badge Physical Security program, overseeing badge lifecycle management, biometric access controls, and secure-space governance across the real estate portfolio.

The role partners with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology to ensure secure, compliant access management and program modernization in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec).
• Experience managing physical access governance and security compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Oversee administration and governance of the access control system (C-Cure).
• Coordinate access provisioning and deprovisioning, audits, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, and Global Security on security programs.
