Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program. You will oversee access control governance, badge lifecycle management, biometric controls, and security compliance across EY's real estate portfolio.

You will collaborate with FAM, WEM, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology to ensure secure, scalable access management and support security modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in related fields.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure/Lenel/Genetec).
• Experience managing physical access governance and security compliance programs.
• Strong understanding of badge management and biometric controls.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation resolution and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and professional development for team members.
• Oversee administration and governance of the access control system (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec).
• Coordinate with Facilities Asset Management and other stakeholders for access provisioning and deprovisioning.
