Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program, managing access control administration, biometric readers, and secure-space governance across the firm’s real estate portfolio.

You will partner with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security, and office leadership to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable access management while guiding construction and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations or access control roles.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems.
• Experience managing governance and compliance in security programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Oversee administration and governance of the access control system (C-Cure/Lenel/Genetec).
• Coordinate with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, and Global Security.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and conduct access reviews/audits.
• Support security projects, office renovations, and technology refresh programs.
