Job summary

EY seeks an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program and oversee access control administration, badge lifecycle, biometrics, and security governance across EY real estate. You’ll coordinate with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology to ensure compliant and scalable access management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Admin, Facilities Mgmt, IS, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations, access control, workplace security or related areas.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec or equivalent).
• Experience managing physical access governance and security compliance programs.
• Strong understanding of badge management, biometric controls, and restricted-space administration.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
